The Rosary

The beautiful beaded rosary –  hanging on the wall of my house , spread  across to display all the beads and displaying its beautiful shine

as the sunlight entered my room. The rays bounced off the beads and added a specular shine to the circular beads. The rosary looks marvelous in its setting with the room all hit with sunlight.

I recite the rosary many times and one fine day I pondered as to why I am reciting the rosary. Do I recite the rosary as a tradition?  Because I was born in the Catholic church and came to know about the Rosary through my mother praying the Rosary and the communities saying the Rosary whom I used to join.

I wanted to know if there is something more to the Rosary, and that it was not just a formality to complete my catholic duties. What could these beads have in them that would yield such power to influence so many people….

As I spoke to people about the Rosary, they said it had an immense power and brought peace in their lives which were Blessed Virgin Mary through the rosary.

So one thing I found about Mother Mary is the devotion that people have for her and the changes they have experienced after the devotion they have had for her.

So the primary reason  would be the devotion to Mother Mary and the faith for her among the followers.People everywhere in the world pray the Rosary today. It is a source of all graces and blessings. Peoples lives are enriched by saying the Rosary.

Mother Mary is the Mediatrix given to us by Jesus, while he died on the cross. She is our connect to Jesus. Through the path of Mary, the road to Jesus is much easier and smooth and the path that we need to walk through is the path of the Rosary.

People having devotion to Mother Also they prayed the Rosary for favors and blessings. Many wishes are granted through her, and through her Immaculate heart many souls have been saved. People pray to her for their needs – spiritual and material and also for her protection and a very effective way to pray to her is through the Blessed Rosary.

The Rosary was given to Saint Dominic by the Virgin Mary in the 12th Century and till today is an inspiring symbol of Christianity. Many saints have promoted it and many more will promote it in the times to come.

The Rosary also is a protection from the evil that is preset in this world. The Devil hates the rosary. He does everything in his power to stop it. There is a popular saying that by “every hail Mary smashes Satan’s Head”

There are Satanists who say that  they leave their bodies and their souls go about leaving curses on places to start fights and create anxiousness and stress in people’s homes. But when they come to a Christian home where the Rosary is being said their curses never work  at all. They run away at the chant of the Rosary.

The Rosary is a gift from Our Lady to the World. The more we say the Rosary, the devils Reign will be attacked and more souls will come to the Church. It is enough to change the world… for good.
